All treatments are provided on a doctor's prescription, whether you have statutory or private health insurance, at our practice near the Seepark. If your medical prescription includes a home visit, I will come to you.
Classic Massage Therapy

TMJ/Craniomandibular Treatment (CMD)
Treating the jaw joint, chewing muscles, head, and cervical spine as a unit – for jaw pain, bruxism (teeth grinding), headaches, or tension. As a CMD specialist following the CCS concept (Craniocervical Syndrome), this is covered by your physiotherapy prescription.
Respiratory Therapy
Breathing techniques, chest mobilization, and strengthening – for respiratory conditions, post-illness recovery, or to enhance performance.
Functional Training
Strength, stability, and coordination for daily life and sports – as part of your prescribed physiotherapy exercise therapy. My training expertise has developed over many years and is demanding.
Home visits
Home visits with a medical prescription
If you are unable to come to the practice for medical reasons, your doctor can prescribe a home visit. I will then come to you – whether at home, in a care facility, or in an institution. The treatment is the same as in the practice, just carried out in your familiar environment.
- Requirement: “Home visit” must be checked on the medical prescription – your doctor decides this based on medical necessity
- Typical after operations, in cases of limited mobility, chronic illnesses, old age, or palliative care

About me
Dominic Sailly

My professional foundation was built in a hospital setting: I spent a year and a half at the Evangelical Diakonie Hospital Freiburg, an academic teaching hospital affiliated with the University of Freiburg – working in internal medicine, orthopedics and trauma surgery, as well as on the intensive care unit. There, you learn to observe closely, make confident decisions, and remain calm when dealing with people in difficult situations. This clinical experience shapes every treatment I provide.
I treat the jaw, head, and cervical spine as a CMD expert following the CCS concept: Craniocervical Syndromes are complex symptom patterns involving the temporomandibular joint, masticatory muscles, headaches, and neck pain that must be assessed and treated together.
I work as a self-employed professional with full autonomy in a practice near the Seepark – you always have the same point of contact. In addition, I work part-time at the spa in the Europa-Park Hotel Santa Isabel.
My training expertise comes from many years of service in the armed forces, including with Jägerbataillon 292 and the Eurocorps. This benefits you in functional training: structured, challenging, and reliable.

Your medical prescription
Your general practitioner or specialist prescribes physiotherapy exercise therapy, massage, manual lymphatic drainage, or respiratory therapy. I treat exclusively on the basis of a medical prescription – whether you have statutory or private health insurance.

Treatment with a plan
During the first appointment, we will clarify your diagnosis and goals. From there, we work step by step – at our practice near the Seepark or, if a home visit is prescribed, in your home.
Information on medical prescriptions
- The prescription must not be older than 28 days at the start of treatment.
- A prescription can cover physiotherapy exercise therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, classical massage therapy, or respiratory therapy – including as a blank prescription.
- I treat TMJ/craniomandibular disorders using the physiotherapy exercise therapy prescription.
- I do not bill for manual therapy (MT) or central nervous system physiotherapy (KG-ZNS). I treat your symptoms equally well through standard physiotherapy exercise therapy – if in doubt, please ask briefly before visiting your doctor.
- A home visit is only possible if it has been prescribed on the medical prescription.

Do I need a medical prescription?
Yes. I treat patients exclusively on the basis of a doctor's prescription, whether for statutory or private health insurance. Your general practitioner or specialist will issue the prescription; if you have any questions about the appropriate treatment plan, feel free to message me in advance.
Do you accept all health insurance providers?
Yes, we accept all statutory and private health insurance plans. For patients with statutory health insurance, the standard co-payment applies unless you are exempt.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
Usually within a few days. You can see available times immediately in the online booking system. I reply to WhatsApp messages as quickly as possible, typically within 24 hours.
When is a home visit possible?
If your doctor prescribes it on the medical prescription because you are unable to come to the practice for medical reasons. I bring everything I need; all you have to do is provide a quiet space.
How intense is the massage, really?
As firm as is beneficial for your tissue – which is often more than people expect. You determine the intensity, and I work at a deeper level.
Do you also treat Manual Therapy (MT)?
I cannot bill for MT prescriptions. I treat the same conditions through physiotherapy exercise therapy – which is professionally equivalent and often even more cost-effective. Please ask your doctor briefly before the appointment.
